In Clearwater we are a dealer in our own right, with a parts counter, a service shop and a rigging floor. Everywhere else, the dealer you find here draws on the same parts, technical support and factory training.

How do I choose the right dealer?
Filter the map for the engine you own and the work you need, rather than for what is closest. A YANMAR Marine dealer for a YANMAR marine diesel, a Suzuki Repower Center for a Suzuki repower, a VTE dealer for a VTE generator, and a dealer offering mobile service if the boat or machine can’t come to the shop.
What is a Suzuki Repower Center?
A dealer set up to quote, rig and support Suzuki Repower, Mastry’s program for replacing an old outboard with a new Suzuki. Repower Centers run from Maine to Florida, and our own shop in Clearwater is one of them.
Does Mastry service my engine?
Yes, and so does your dealer. Mastry distributes YANMAR across the Americas and is the Suzuki Repower distributor from Maine to Florida, and in Clearwater we run a parts counter, a service shop and a rigging floor of our own. Away from Clearwater, the work is done by one of the 300-plus dealers and 28 Suzuki Repower Centers we supply, train and support.
Where do I get parts?
Suzuki parts can be ordered online and ship from Clearwater. YANMAR marine and industrial parts go through your dealer, drawn from the same inventory. Filter the map for Parts Counter to find a dealer with parts over the counter.
Who files a warranty claim, me or my dealer?
Your dealer. Only an authorized dealer can file a warranty claim: they raise it with Mastry as part of the repair and we administer it from Clearwater. If you think a repair is covered, start with your dealer.
How do I register my engine?
It depends on the engine. A YANMAR marine engine is registered on YANMAR’s Marine Support Portal. A YANMAR industrial engine is registered with Mastry through our registration form. A Suzuki outboard is registered by the dealer who sells it, at the time of sale.
Will a dealer work on an engine bought elsewhere?
Yes, within our territory. If it is a YANMAR in the Americas, or a Suzuki from Maine to Florida, the dealer network, the parts and the schedules apply regardless of where the engine was bought.
